You can change your username up to two times in the “Setting” menu.

Since your account is automatically linked to your Google Play account or Apple’s Game Center account, once you switch between these platform, you will not be able to auto-cover your old progress.  Before migrating to a new device, we recommend you create a migration code.  Go to the “Setting” menu and click on “Link Device” to create a migration code.  You can use this code to recover your game progress on your new Device from the “Setting” menu again later.

iOS: Your account will be automatically recover if you sync your account with Apple’s Game Center.  After reinstall Omega Force, the system will prompt you for recovering your old progress.  If you have not synced your account with the Game Center, you will need to contact us to recover your account.

Android: Your account will be automatically recover if you sync your account with Google Play account.  After reinstall Omega Force, the system will prompt you for recovering your old progress.  If you have not synced your account with Google Play account, you will need to contact us to recover your account.

You can unlock new arena by reaching the minimum medal amount required to enter a arena. Losing too many medals will take you to a lower arena.  Make sure you do your best to keep winning to explore new arena.
